Jazz lost his bounce
[b]I have been watching Jazz carefully since Fizz passed away and he has lost a lot of that bounce he used to have. He is close to Daisy and grooms him much to Daisys anoyance but of cause never gets groomed back, in a morning when I take in there breakfast munchies and open the traps out to the runn he will go outside and look round as if he is still looking for Fizz then maybey go back in for a bit of food. He sits outside on top of an old hutch on his own where he used to sit with Fizz he just looks so lost. I really wish I could get them all together Jazz, Daisy, Rosie and Jim but havent got a clue where to start, and I dont want to cause more problems. My other option is to find anouther bunn to pair him with again I have never attempted to pair up bunns and with the added problem of Daisy. If anybody knows of a loan bunny that needs a good home please let me know I would go to Anna T again but since I have started the new bussines up I dont get down to London very often, and I think if I got one a train ticket to come up here they would probably just eat it. If anyone can give me any advise or help I would be very greatfull

Re: Jazz lost his bounce
Poor Fizz! It's only a partial remedy but sometimes a stuffed animal can provide some comfort. It doesn't groom back but they can snuggle with it. Rory grooms his unicorn a lot.

Re: Jazz lost his bounce
I would speak to the people at BARC, Rob:
http://barnsleyanimalrescue.org.uk/
They are always looking for homes for buns and I am sure they would do the bonding too

i gave flopsy and daisy a dog teddy that has similar colourings when they split and they groom and snuggle them
maybe fizz would do well with a teddy

Re: Jazz lost his bounce
We have given Lucy Rose a stuffed bunny and although she doesn't bother with it much I often see her washing it and cuddled up to it and like Sparky said I do think a soft toy can bring some comfort to a bunny that is grieving due to a lost partner
Hope Jazz will be feeling brighter soon Bless xxxx

Poor Jazz
I think that getting him another bunny pal is the answer really. I hope BARC can find you a suitable friend
In the mean time, they bunny sized toy sounds like a great idea for him to cuddle up to
