Welcome to your new home Miffy!
I would like to introduce you all to Miffy!
She is lovely, not very shy at all! As soon as I put her in her pen she hopped into one of the litter trays and began munching on hay and standing up on her back legs to get a good view of her new home!! She looked much more scared at the rescue!
She is bigger than buttons, but hopefully it won't be a problem!
Sorry the pictures aren't the best quality because they were taken on my phone.

Yay! I saw in Tall Tails that you were getting her, and came straight here looking for pics
She is lovely, she looks a lot like our Rosie Roo who is not short on confidence either
Happy New Home, pretty Miffy - I'm looking forward to pics of you and Buttons snuggled up together soon

Re: Welcome to your new home Miffy!
Thanks everyone she really is beautiful! And I can tell already she's going to have a lovely personality!!
When I first put her in buttons lunged at her cage a bit, but since that they have been sat in their litter trays either side of the fence eating hay kinda ignoring each other, which I'm guessing is a good sign?! But it really makes it obvious how small he is when they are next to each other!!
She seems pretty happy after only a few hours here! She even fell asleep in her litter tray!
Buttons was also flopped out in the middle of his pen but he's so black I couldn't get a picture!

Re: Welcome to your new home Miffy!
Awww she looks very relaxed.
Don't be tempted to speed up the dating though. Just let Buttons get used to her being there first and hopefully any territorial behaviour will be minimal.

She's so pretty!
Did you name her after Miffy the character or is it a coincidence?

Hello Miffy Some buns just find the whole rescue setup quite stressful, they are totally different when they have a foster home or are adopted. Im glad she seems to have settled in though Shes huuge compared to Buttons!

Ha, a few people asked me that but no it was already her name and I think she knows her name because she was a loved rabbit but sadly her owners were moving and couldn't take her with them so I didn't think it would be fair to change her name. Plus I'm rubbish at thinking of names!

Yea she was a house rabbit with her previous owners so even though she was in an indoor cage at the RSPCA it was prob colder than she was used to. I think she must have had a similar set up at her old home because she seemed instantly content as if it all seemed familiar!
Oh and it seems she is already litter trained!
She is a smidge bigger than buttons! I also think she is a little over weight which makes her look even bigger!
