Play hut from b&q £149.99 cheaper than a meduim qaulity hutch but far stronger & warmer. Play pen at side is only temp, will need to make a frames run for him his flap will get locked at night for his safety for time being. Hubby is putting some sealer down the sides under the trim as theres a 2/3mm gap. Just to cover the gaps underneith with blocks & get an extra block for his step.

Thanks, just trying to find something to stop him getting under it, only thing can think is another block of concrete put it under it, use 1 as a step.

Still to give the outside a second coat but its pretty much ready for him. The run I will work on next week not confident the pen is safe enough.

Floppy spent his 1st night in his new house, he moved his litter trays about but everything else looks fine, I blocked the cat flap incase he tried to use it, its not 100 % safe yet as only put the pen up the now, trying to decide how to build his run, with it being next to wall would like some kind of mesh (with tiny holes) to prevent the stone chips falling in, worry he could eat them then end up ill. Going to maybe make an inclused run on wheels that I just roll out way to clean area, or one with top on hinges, covering back & half the top (closest to wall) with pond netting over the chicken wire so the stones dont go in.
