Daisy is in the vets :-( Home but something not right

Welcome home Daisy  

Ive just had a message from John that said his calcium is a bit low.....unfortunately i missed his call.

Ive rang back and we have missed each other.....

He isnt right you know. He's still not eating his hay. He will eat some grass and thats about it.
It could be of course that he feels off after his GA yesterday - but normally when thats the case he will eat his hay and nothing else. Somethings not right.

Ill speak to John when he calls me back.

Oh, I hope it's nothing too much to worry about. I've never heard of a bun with low calcium levels...

Spoke to John this morning - he is still waiting for some other bloods to come back. Ive got to give him a calcium supplement for a few days, so ive ordered some online...hopefully it will be with us tomorrow.

He did seem a little brighter last night bless him.

How is MGP today?

He's ok - bit still not normal . I have to give him dome calcium supplement each day - which I hoping will help him feel a bit better.

He has to go back to johns next week to see how he is doing.

When I was at Katie's this week, Daisy B seemed to be back to his usual grumpy but healthy self. I was grunted at, lunged at and boxed on a regular basis. He definitely demands noserubs with menace!

But he is a gorgeous little chap who thoroughly deserves all the attention that he gets.

Daisy B is back on top form .... He's having a calcium supplement and is back to johns for a check up on Tuesday. Thank you for he vibes hoppers !

So daisy went to see john and had a blood test..... He played up - but who can blame him blood tests are horrid.

His calcium is still Los so he has to have the supplement twice daily now.

He is still sulking of course
