For Sparky & other banananana chip loving buns Empty For Sparky & other banananana chip loving buns

I found this easy recipe  for banananana chips.  This one is for you Sparky sweetheart.

Ingredients (serves 6 people or one Sparky!)

2 bananas, peeled
1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
Cooking spray
Directions

Preheat oven to 200 F.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut bananas into 1/4-inch slices.
Dip slices in lemon juice, then place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake, turning over once, until golden brown and crispy, about 3 hours.
Optional: Drizzle chips with honey once out of oven.
