In need of some vibes for myself...

I think I have a chest infection

I started with a tickly cough at the start of the week and it's gradually got worse and more rattly through the week and now my chest is hurting.

So, I'm off to the docs tomorrow!

I'd appreciate any spare vibes though guys

Ye honey is great for that, I try and get some to put in tea when I have a bad cold or chest infection, it helps, also olbas oil in a steamer hels clear it a lot too.

It turns out there's no infection - the doctor thinks it's just a virus sitting on my chest. My chest and throat are just very sore from constantly coughing. 

She told me that olbas oil and steam should do the job

vibes on the way!            

Hope you feel better soon! Tea tree oil is good to put in steams too especially for viral infections
