A quick update for you all
I know that between Willow and myself we've been present on The Infirmary quite a bit lately
Willow is doing fabulously I would say it's been about 3-4 weeks since she's shown any incontinence, and she's been off the antibiotics for the whole time. I've noticed a drip here or there but that is normal bunny behaviour. At this point I just don't know what to do/believe with her I'm not sending her in for a spay though unless it comes back. It was a "last resort" and at the moment nothing is indicating she needs it.
As for me, I'm still under the weather. This cough has been lingering for over a month now. It keeps me up almost every night, making me cough until I am sick. I also am still having the "choking" feeling. So back to the docs I went today. He said I've got tonsillitis but still can't hear any infection on my chest, so he's given me a 10 day course of antibiotics and if my chest is no better I need to go back for x-rays.
I just thought I'd let you know what was going on. Thank you for all of the continuous hopper vibes and support. Love you all!

Thank you Sixer
It is, and it's getting me down. I'm just so glad that Willow is doing as well as she is, as I think with bunny stress on top of it all I might have just given up!

Urh, tonsillitis. There seems to be a lot of it around at the moment, my friend has it too. I only remember having it once, last year, and it's awful. Hope you feel better soon. X x

Re: A quick update for you all
Sharing with you.
I had my tonislles removed as a child, but since yesterday afternoon I have sore throat and my voice has gone almost. Howard says it sounds sexy?
Since I stopped smoking two month ago I had one infection after the other all chest, throat and mouth and three courses of antibiotics.
I wonder whether this is just that our immun systems are in overdrive?! Certainly will not have more antibiotics for my self as bloods and chest X-ray are fine?!!
Maybe we could build a big steam tent FluffSlave and share it together?

Re: A quick update for you all
Yes, that sounds like a good plan c.bouldan
I feel so awful today. I was throwing up all night long and coughing horrifically. It is strange that I've got tonsillitis as I don't even have a sore throat.
I coughed up a small amount of blood earlier but I'm pretty convinced it is from my throat being so sore from coughing continously. I will keep a close eye on things but am just going to get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids today.

Re: A quick update for you all
Coughing up blood requires a chest x ray ASAP!
Not kidding you and not to scare. Kick your GP wher he/she feels it.
Take your mum with you if needed and please keep me updated.
Sending you vibes, love and hugs!!!

Re: A quick update for you all
It was only a very small amount on one occasion. I looked online at NHS and it said it is a common side effect of coughing for prolonged periods of time. It hasn't happened since but if it does happen again I will go back.
I am not going into college tomorrow. I am going to stay at home and work on some assignments instead. I think that will be more productive than dragging myself in as I can do it from the comfort of my sofa.
My boyfriend is over for the weekend to look after me too.
I will keep you posted. Thanks for the continued vibes and support

Thank you Gentl that's what we need!
There was a little hype here about smog coming from the continent and sand from the Sahara. We are far more effected by various cold and flu cases at present. Sniffle noses and bad chest send a big To you!

Re: A quick update for you all
I'm finally sleeping through the night but the cough is still here in the day and I still get terrible sweats whenever I do much more than sitting e.g. went to town yesterday, a 10 minute walk left me dripping
The doc told me to come back by Thursday/Friday coming if I wasn't feeling better. If I'm still feeling like this do you guys think I should go in for the chest x-rays? The fact I'm sleeping through the night is a good sign though
Thanks for the vibes
