A little bigger than expected

So Flo's custom built rabbit shelter from Boyles has just arrived. It is a little bigger than I thought it would be. I think Bruce is going to get lost in it.

Looks like it will be fab hun, it is big. I am sre Bruce will enjoy hiding in or getting lost in it and playing. I love it.

  

Oooo will be needing pics of it assembled. Did they do it bespoke for you?

It is the prize that Flo won as runner up of bunny of the year. I got to choose how many holes were in it and the roof type and whether it was treated, but I thought it would be something that would sit nicely in the middle of the garden and that the pigs would be able to use it too. Well the pigs would never get in it. I have assembled it roughly to get an idea of it's full size and here it is.







I have realised that it is too big to put in my small garden and not run the risk of Flo escaping over the fence again. So I have decided to leave the roof felt off for the time being and have rearranged the rabbit room a bit to accommodate it. I will need to buy a new rug to fit better inside but I think you can really see when it is in situ just how huge it is.



It is as tall as the dining table. I need to buy a small rug to fit in it better. It has caused the buns much excitement.

You could buy a couple of chairs and share it with them !! Lol

Wow, that's awesome. Bet they will settle nicely
