Saw it on FB , why did the woman though run up to the boy and then leave him, I'd have picked him up at least and ran with him in to the house  Hmmm

I also saw it on fb. The dog's owner was nearby and the mum went to check it was restrained and to call for help. It explains itself on you tube.

I only saw the video there was nothing about what happened, I just presumed she had ran off to phone for help and was a bit shocked to see the boy get up and sort of run after her.
