New rescue - may be upsetting to some
7-8 year old rabbit. Lived nearly his whole life with a couple who then had a baby so he had to go. This isn't a days worth of neglect this was caked on. His skin is red raw underneath that mess. Took us ages to clean. Oh and by the way previous owners, he's not doing great in rescue thanks for asking. He's confused and distressed, but at least he's clean and being cared for now.

Re: New rescue - may be upsetting to some
OMG! Why why the heck do people bother to get an animal and than treat it like this?
Thank you Anna for taking care. Has he got a name already?
I would be willing to do a sponsorship for him.
By the way Vernon(coffee) has successfully bonded with a delightful bunny girl from Cheltenham animal shelter. Her name is D.Layla

Absolutely disgusts me!
I have no words.

Re: New rescue - may be upsetting to some
I am a bit overwhelmed with the kindness shown on this forum. We received lots of treats and hay for him, he loves the different types of hay and gobbled it all up!
Thank you so much. We are so happy that so many care about our little boy :')
The best news is he is now ready to find a home and I will be making him a thread in a minute

What a dreadful mess he was in and I am so glad he is in safe hands. Some people should have their heads nailed to the floor!!! I worry so much about all the ones we don't hear of that are suffering, it is a major worry of mine.
