The roof is off!

Henry took delivery of his carrot cottage at 4-15pm and by 5pm he had nibbled away until the roof fell in!
The walls are now in the dining room and the roof in the sitting room!

Go Henners ! That's quite a achievement in 45 mins. For a second I thought your cottage roof had come off!

He went round it like he was an electric can opener on a can of caviar. He stuck to the rim and went for it and then when the roof was hanging by a couple of nibbles he boxed it until it fell. I must admit I was a bit disappointed. I thought he would have days of fun with it, if he carries on like this it will be binned by Sunday night.
My cottage roof does need some repairs to the pearling ends and soffits and facials; a builder has been booked, its a case of waiting in a queue. I think if a giant Henners were to box it, it might collapse like the carrot cottage.

I think Dominic Littlewood should be informed as it seems Henners is a Cowboy Builder.
He started the job ... removing the roof on Carrot Cottage ... and then after just one evening spent on preparation to fit a new roof, he has abandoned the project and left the cottage a roofless mess.

Oh, I don't know Katie .... a lot of them seem pretty good at demolition work within the house!
Henry has turned out to be a surprisingly good hoover; he cleans up more wisps of hay and nugget crumbs than any bun I've known before.
