Vibes please. For bubbles

She was acting more funny than usual the last two days. Like building a nest in the litter tray and poos smaller than usual. Ot unusual for her.
This morning she didn't want breakfast or blackberries or fenugreek crunchies.
Phoned the vet and seen
A huge mass in her abdomen shown on the ultra sound.
Either a cyst or a cancer
Booked for surgery in the morning. Of course metacam given but no metocloperamide.
My poor majesty. So not herself. No confidence and I in pieces

Served a bowel of fresh greens. No attempt to eat.
Just lying flat out in the hidy box . Vernon is keeping his distance too.

Update 31.10
Had a call from vet. Patrick witnessed her eating.
Repeated ultra sounds scan and no changes to yesterday's still a mass there but bowle movement seen too. So he send images to Richard Saunders for second opinion and postponed surgery. Good man!
I'm going to pick them up in a bit.

Got her back last night. She is eating but poos are tiny about 1/4 of normal size.
I know that some members used infacol on their rabbits. I got some here but unsure of dose?

I am so glad you have her back and things are going in the right direction CB love. I have no experience of Infacol I am afraid but someone on here will know the dosage. Loving top up vibes are on their way.

How is Bubbles doing?

Believe it or not she is better. Well her poos are.
She is booked to see Jason at woods vet on Tuesday for second opinion. I think he is working closely with R.S and 3 of my local rabbit owners/ rescues have urged me to make an appointment.

Had a phone cal from Patrick out vet. Richard has responded to our enquiry.
Reviewed the images send and cam to 3 differential diagnosis.
1. Abscess on the bowel wall
2. Advanced viganal scaring after being spayed
3. Tumour of the bowel.
He recommends an exploranetry surgeryl or called laparotomy with consequences as known.
I have booked her with Jason for second opinion on Tuesday not sure whether I need and want to go ahead with this.
she is eating ok pooing small droppings. Now what I'm gonna do?

I hope she keeps progressing well, as regards surgery, it is your decision but do consider that if you go ahead with surgery now she may be stronger and stand a better chance than leaving it and her condition worsening. RS knows his stuff...

Booked for tomorrow morning to have explanatory laparotomy and I just hope and pray. I have rehoused them into the second warren as she is not allowed/supposed to jump. Her thrown is three levels up in her warren so nano good.
I'm tensed. Gosh please let the girl be here with us.
Agreed with vet that if founding is serious but not immenend to stich her up and come back home.
As long as she has life quality.
She is eating, playing, interacting fine. Her poos are small. If anyone looks at her who doesn't know wouldn't think anything is wrong.
Come on her majesty. I try to give all I have to you......

Surgery is done!
Vet just phoned.
It was a dilated left kidney full of fluid and no kidney tissue at all.
She must have lived on her right kidney for some time. Left kidney removed and dilated ureter should improve now too.
She is very sleepy but stable.
I will call around 4 to see whether I can pick her up.
Vernon with her is looking after her.
About 1 stone dropped of my heart when Patrick told me.
Sorry I have to move on and practice binkys as so relieved.
