Gawd, I love this rabbit
Took Reboot for his 6 month health check this morning. He was a dream.
He allowed me to gather him up in my arms, pop him in his travel box. He desisted from chewing the bars of the door when I said "leave", and he never dug up the fleece during the journey.
He hopped out onto the vet table, parked his rump against my bosom and allowed Alex to trim his front claws including the dews without a murmur and I sat him up on his scut and Alex did the rear claws, again without a move or murmur. Then he had his heart checked, his ears checked, his teeth checked and his genitals and fur examined. He took it all in his stride and then hopped back in his box like a true star.... I half expected him to close the door after himself!
He got the all clear and Alex said he was the fittest rabbit in the best condition he'd seen .... and the best behaved and smartest.
Now he's ignoring me, sulking for his country and throwing "evils" over his shoulder!
As I said... I love this rabbit!

Re: Gawd, I love this rabbit
Oh bless him, Woodwench love. It is like when people have children they are always pleased when they behave in public have in public (in the past anyway) even if they do play up at home. He sounds a little angel and I hope his sulk doesn't last long but it just has to be done I'm afraid lol! When Paul takes Holly to have her teeth etc checked every 2 months, she is usually very good now, no fuss at all but when she gets back home she doesn't want t know us for at least a day. Thanks for sharing, love, it really made me smile.
