Bunny research survey

This has been doing the rounds on the bunny FB groups so thought I'd share it here, I think the girl is struggling to get responses probably because you need to make a video!

But anyway, in case any of you can help:

"Please can you spare 15 mins to help important research that may improve welfare for rabbits in the future. Participants have chance to win a £50 prize!

I have seen this hunni but I can't make a video, I wouldn't know how or even if I have the right equipment, which I doubt. I have trouble downloading photos. I hope she gets some good responses though.

What she is asking seems to be very simplistic for a research project these days, especially one connected to a University. There's no mention of the tutor in charge either. Personally I'm a bit suspect (but I'm always suspicious of things on line).

I am like you hunni, I find it hard to trust especially where the welfare of my animals is concerned. I am trying to think what her ulterior motive would be.

My name is Emily and I'm a fouth year BSc(Hons) Veterinary Nursing and Bioveterinary Science student at the University of Bristol.


This research project is for my dissertation and is being supervised by Dr Nicola Rooney, Senior Teaching Fellow & Programme Director of Global Wildlife Health at Bristol Veterinary School.


As a rabbit owner myself, I am really interested in rabbit welfare and behaviour. I hope to continue this study after graduation.

Yes I have read this sweetie but as I said before even if I wished to, I do not know how to make videos and I don't think I have the right equipment.

Is it where we are asked to film certain things?
If so I didn’t participate simply as I only got two hands and it would proof tricky to do tasks whislst holding the phone as well

yeah thats the one, I ended up missing the deadline because I've a memory like a sieve. I hope she got enough responses :/
