Lovely story, but I don't think that my first thought would be 'Oh what a shame the dog killed a hare, let's not waste it and have it for supper'!!!!

Probably lucky for the baby, It wasn't my dog or it would have died too!

Oh gawd, I could never have eaten then hare but this brings back memories *sniff* Juno used to snuggle into my bra when she was wee to keep warm. She's far too big to fit down there now though!

That's so adorable, but like Nickie said I think I'd baulk at the idea of eating something Homer or Hector had brought home Shocked

I raised a chick in my bra once Embarassed after its mother got foxed. It tickled!

Thank God she did decide to eat the hare! (So she found Miracle)
How amazing is that the baby was ready to be born... probably why the lab caught the mum as she couldnt run.

It was her cleaner, Tina Rhodes, who noticed the unborn baby. Mrs Rhodes said: "I rubbed its chest and blew on it and dried it with a towel, then suddenly it opened its eyes and begun cleaning itself."
