I rescued a bunny too! U/d Piccie :)
Was in a crazy rush today, ran out the front door & across the street was sat a little bunster, munching some grass! Was running uber late so thought I'd have a quick go at catching her, but didnt hold out much hope....Went over, spoke to her & she just let me pick her up! Shes tiny & the most cuddley thing I ever knew, Gorgeous too. Have put a admittadly rather small notice up in work, so will see what happens. Mums said shes off down the rescue if shes not claimed in a few days, but of course I have other ideas! Ive called her Trudy for now!

Well, so far no phonecalls. Im in love with her, dont think ive formed an attachment this quickly with even my own bunnies before! Managed to get a picture of the beautiful Trudy this morning, although it doesnt look particularly like her - she is tiny & very baby-faced in the fur!?!

What a cute girlie. Lucky her for being found by you. However, what is Rhia going to say about another female bun being about! She will stamp her feet you know.

Aww Thanks for the comments. Might actually not be my Mum who decides whether this little one stays though Im afraid - Rhia is 110% unimpressed by a new bunster on the block!!

I wouldn't want to incur the wrath of Rhia!!! (That would make a good title for a Star Trek film don't ya think?)

Re: I rescued a bunny too! U/d Piccie :)
Sorry just seen your replies folks, Not been at home all w/end so have been catching up on snuggles with them after work tonight Im having a tough time working little-bun out, Im not completely sure that shes not been got-at by another animal or something. Something just doesnt seem quite so Not sure what though, time will tell I guess. She must really feel the cold as shes in a lovely snuggley hutch in a warm shed & still she wont budge an inch off her heatpad. Rhia is an utter nightmare, have had a crazy rabbit hanging off my arm/wellies/leg/coat all evening

My stray is the same. Hops around the hutch, but will not venture out of it at all! Obviously has been used to living in a hutch all the time. Doesn't even know to eat grass! And as for hay. That is probably why it has dental problems.
Maybe your one can smell Rhia and is a little scared.
