She has said he might be in for days?! Can I ask, I know how horrible this is going to sound, but how long can he live like this??? I am so worried and when she said a couple of days I wondered can he survive like that?! Sad

Once he is over this episode I'd ask your Vet to check Rocky's teeth. Being a Nethie he is a likely candidate for Dental problems. GI problems are more often than not a secondary symptom of another primary problem, usually Dental.
