New rabbit owner and new to this forum:)
Hi everyone. I just joined this forum hoping to gain more knowledge and understanding of rabbits. My husband and I have 4 young children (7 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old twins) so it took us the best part of a year to make the decision to get a family pet that would become part of our family. I have completely falling in love with this little creature who was bought as an outdoor rabbit but we're already discussing the option of bringing him indoors because I hate putting him back in his hutch when it's cold or raining outside!
We bought him last week and he was very timid at first but already he has stopped running away when I go near him (apart from the odd thud when he thinks he's going to be groomed or go back in his hutch). I never knew it could be so rewarding to see an animal warm to me like he has.
Anyway this was meant to be a short introduction!.....

Hi Magoo and welcome to HH
You'll be astonished by just how many people keep house rabbits these days, myself being such a person. I find you get much more pleasure out of a house bunny and form much stronger bonds with them.
I hope you find he forum helpful.

Hi Magoo Welcome to HH, you've come to the right place for help and info I have a housebunny too, and you're right, very rewarding, and better for him to be inside than out if he's to remain a lone bun, as this still stimulates his social needs to an extent. I hope you get as much happiness from yours as we have. I hope we'll see some pics of him soon
Re: New rabbit owner and new to this forum:)
Thanks:) I am so surprised at how my understanding of rabbits has changed since we got Mr. Maggo (our bunny:))
I'm sure I'll be posting even more questions when/if he becomes a house rabbit
Thanks again

Welcome to HH! I second what others have said, house bunnies are a joy. I currently have 3 at the moment (due to having a poorly bun) but normally have 2!
You will find everything you need to know here! If in doubt, just ask!
Look forward to chatting more and seeing pics of your fab bunny xxx
