Am a supporter of BUAV and have just been sent some info so just wanted to pass it on to everyone here as it seems crazy we all love rabbits but could be buying things which contribute to rabbit suffering - if you want to make sure your make up, bathroom cleaner, bubble bath, washing up liquid etc etc or their ingredients haven't been tested on rabbits and other animals you should look for the LEAPING RABBIT logo on bottles - Marks and Spencer, Co-op, Neal's Yard sell it and you can see a whole list of companies who do here www.gocrueltyfree.org

I think the co-op have showed the way for so long now with their exemplary approach to ethical shopping, and degradable bags, that they should be applauded.

It's always good to be reminded about these things Smile

yes, co-op are ace. i go there and buy all my cleaning/household products from them as their own brand stuff is all not tested on animals and works and is cheap. They are also brilliant with the environmental/free trade/free range issues/products as well.

Cruelty-free is amazing, not one product that I've bought has been or poor quality, and all have outlasted their animal-tested counterparts. Coincidence, or do these companies just take that bit more care? I know which I think it is.
