My perfect bunny evening

Just needed to tell someone about the most perfect evening I've had!

The other half has gone out for a boys playstation night, so I've been watching recordings of Gok on how to look good naked, with a couple glasses of wine and my beautiful sexy rexy binkying around the room. He then jumped onto the sofa and snuggled right in next to me and lay there while I massaged his head, ears and shoulders. It was what I've been waiting for, for him to feel so comfortable with me to be able to cuddle up and just rest.
I think I've just fallen even deeper in love with him.

Oh how lovely! That's such a compliment, when a bunny feels so comfortable with you that they'll seek you out and snuggle with you.

That is wonderful, it's so lovely when they do that I think it must be something special about Rexes, I have two in the rescue at the moment, they came in as a pair but fought like mad and so had to be separated, I thought that when I got them neutered I could bond tham again but no such luck and in fact neither of them like other bunnies, they just want human contact, even Jay's Bertie prefers human contact and he is adorable ,sounds like you had a fabulous evening with Gok then

I feel a very honoured bunny mummy! He's been a darling this last week, since I've realised why he's been lunging at me in his hutch, I should respect his space and home more and have stopped just sticking my hands straight into the hutch without asking if it's ok to come in first.

He's currently sitting next to Amelie (my 2 yr old) watching her play and trying to join in arrrrrrrrr
