Colleen is Alex's hamster, that he left with me when he went to uni. She had a new lease of life bless her, escaping once, and living for a week in the wall, only to be captured by Cheese the cat and returned to her cage. She had a new wheel (Alex confiscated the last one after she ate her sister Bridget, it was punishment apparently)> She also had a new network of toilet roll tunnels. I knew something was wrong this weekend as she didn't go to bed for 3 days and nights, she just ran round in her wheel and was going nuts through her tubes. She was so happy. She must have known her number was up and it was time to make the most of it!
