Bonded pair living next to single bun???

I have a question about the following-
I have a really big indoor run that my dad made a few years ago.
Its 4ft X almost 20ft.
I want to upgrade Charlie & Annie from their lil indoor hutch and move them into about a third of the floor run.
Thing is I have a single bun living in the floor run now.
Will Charlie & Annie fight if they are living next to Ralphie?

They may do if the can actually see Ralphie so ideall the partition should be solid wood or similar and not mesh.

Are Charlie & Annie living outside currently and is the run outside...

No charlie and annie are inside and the run is inside.
We have a outside barn, which has all my animals in, its about 12ft X 22ft.
It has the long 4x20ft run down the one side, where ralphie is living at the moment, Charlie and Annie are in an indorr cage on a shelf above the run, so they cant see any other bun. :]
