Is it normal?? Empty Is it normal??

For my 4 month old doe to have pulled all her fur out of her tummy and legs? she is almost bald!

She started making nests about 4-6 weeks ago and suddenly became agressive but I have noticed these last few days that she is almost bald on her underside, is it normal for them to pluck themselves to this extent? When can I get her spayed, we are struggling to do anything with her at the moment as she is so agressive Sad

Fur pulling is normal, I remember Rosie doing this and her and Hollie making nests before they were spayed. It was this time of the year when their mothering hormones kicked in. They also badgered Herbie for a couple of days for some lurve action - left him totally confused!

Your vet will advise you when s/he is happy to spay your bunny, Usually from 5-6 months though I think older for bigger bunnies.

If she is almost bald this is pretty severe suffering at the hands of her hormones and would suggest she is sexually mature. For her own peace of mind I would speak to your vet about getting her neutered asap, as it's only going to get worse with spring in the offing.

Thanks, was worried about how bad she was pulling at herself, I know they can get phantoms but this seems a bit extream, will be calling the vets.
