Sometimes I think you have to be a mind reader to know what is going on with rabbits.

agreed Sad Bunnies can be so odd sometimes, you don't know whether you are coming or going with them!

Hope you get the all clear for your little girl soon... you must be worried too, I always get knots when Noisette goes all statisy! Hugs

She's on metacam, simethicone, cisapride, and metoclopramide. She's eating well now, but I'm still giving her critical care to get the simethicone into her.

Glad she's improving EM Smile
Stasis and drugs do damage the vital balance of Flora in the gut. To a bunny, this is crucially important, and more so in recovery from stasis. I'd consider asking your vet if it's ok to give pro-biotics.
Bio-Lapis is a good one, there are others. You can either sprinkle the powder onto food, or put it in water. I think different buns have different preferences Smile

Ok thanks Jay! I'll look into that! I really hate the vets here in Canada No

Remember how pain medication was not required but only optional after her surgery Mad

Gosh that seems like so long ago now, it was just after you joined here if I remember correctly?

I'd really push for the pro-b's, they are a pretty important part of recovery, and they aren't medicine, which is good Smile
