Shadow just shocked himself
Hi
Shadow just flopped out on the rug and somehow rolled onto his back He lept up looking scared to death, he's never done it before and obviously wasn't very comfortable with it Daft boy, he did look very cute though.
Just needed to share that, do any of your buns do anything they didn't realise they could do then look totally amazed by it?

daisy does the exact same thing. If goes in for a flop and ends up rolling over. Then - having sacred himself opts for a frontwards lay instead. Ha ha hahahaha

Pippin does that same thing! He reminds me of a cat the way he rolls over. If he does it slowly he's fine but a few times he has rolled over really fast and jumped with the shock of his life

Rosie used to do that too. Once, I happened to be in the right place at the right time with the camera and managed to capture her doing it - she rolled right over and looked a bit startled!
So funny - here she is with her feet in the air

Re: Shadow just shocked himself
Lovely pic of Rosie
It's really funny Emma, glad Shadow didn't seem too alarmed! I remember the exact same look the first time Bertie did it, he does it all the time now!
I was talking with Sooz on Saturday about when they're really small and do those instinctive 180 flip rounds, land, and then look so surprised by it, I do miss those little bunny moments!

Hehe... that picture of Rosie is excellent! How can rabbits have such expression?
