Hmmm I don't get it. There aren't any settings on forum as far as I am aware that would cause this... need to get Sooz on the case Hmmm

That sounds like a PC issue not a forum setting to me I'm afraid.

Do you have a screenshot?
Try making your image alittle smaller.

Ah ok,

Well its either one or two things:

Either they never uploaded 100% or Sooz needs to check the settings in the ACP to see what size limit photos can be.

The top one looks cut in half. If it dosn't look like that on your hard drive its either one of the above.

Sooz may need to check image weight/size limit Smile
Some forums won't allow images to be too big due to load.
Try making the image smaller and uploading it again and see if that helps.

Like Helen I can see the whole picture which is why I suspect it's a problem with the actual settings of the PC. They are quite large though so shrinking them should help.

If the user can see the whole image on their hard drive and on photobucket then it won’t be a problem on her side, that is unless all images on other sites are cut in half?

When you upload your image into photobucket have you checked what size you upload? There is a way to make your pictures the right size. I have circled the link.

Clicking options takes you to this screen. We upload all our pictures to be message board size then they all appear correctly on all forums without making the screen scroll sideways.

Hope this helps
