Very worried about Kenzo's poops!

Kenzo is doing weird poops

I don't know if it's his medicine that causes that, should I stop giving him veggies? The vet told me to give him alot because he has trouble drinking, and when he came home, his poops were very very small and dry. On thuesday and yesterday he pooped normaly, and today I found things like this in his cage:

It's perfectly normal dear.
Of course the medicine influences the stools. Top pic looks like the droppings they eat (have to eat)

Is he eating hun? I cant see the pics cos im at work but If they are dry and hard he may need a litle more encouragement to get some fluids in him.
