One Lucky Bun! Empty One Lucky Bun!

Post by Magoo Fri Jun 11, 2010 8:45 pm

While I was tidying kids toysa away this evening I notice a thick electrical wire (A really big one that connects out t.v, dvd player etc all together) and the coating had been chewed off exposing LOTS of the wire! pale

I have no idea how it happened as we have all wires covered up pretty well, I thought. Hubby said it had gone through to the live wire and he is really surprised that Pippin is still with us and that if he had bitten through even a tiny bit further he would have been electricuted by a very powerful voltage Shocked

Also, we're all very lucky that us or one of the children didn't come along and touch it. I am keeping an extra close eye on Pippin this evening!

Daisy has been through more live wires than i can mention and is still hopping as we speak!

All i can put it down to is that they have furry feet and are therefore not earthed!!!

BUt yes - you are all very lucky!

OM gosh, I think everyone with house buns has had that close call, I remeber stopping Bertie chomping through an electric fan cable, years ago, it's such a fright.
