Pictures of new hutch!

Well, after searching the internet for suitable homes I ended up buying a hutch from PAH and a chicken run from a garden centre. The two fit together perfectly which is great considering they are two seperate items! The hutch is 5ft wide, 2ft deep and each floor is 20 inches high. The run is 5ft long and 3 ft wide, and 28 inches high.

Vince has a couple of corrugated plastic shed roof panels rolled up to make tunnels and these are inserted into a box with a peice of carpet inside so he can dig at it and use it as a hidey hole. In his hutch he has hay and newspaper and carpet as he is such a clean bunny and uses his litter tray. He seems happy enough so I'm happy too

they go together SO well, they look like a set!

I love the idea of the corrugated bits rolled up to make tunnels. Very clever. Only one thing missing was a picture of Vince!!! Rectify that immediately *stamps feet impatiently*

It's raining at mo and he is hiding so that's my job for today (well apart from entertaining 3 children under the age of 5 on a wet and miserable day ha ha

Oh I really feel for you. Three kids under 5 AND rain. Urgghhhh

Well my sister came over with her 4 so that made it 7 kids under 5!!!!!!

I tried to take a photo of Vince but the only one I managed to take was of him sat on his toilet, so I think I'll try again later!

Thats a great hutch, it looks really romy with lots of things for him to do in there.

Do you think this hutch is ok for 3 bunnies? Please be honest and gentle!!

Im no expert but I think its okay. Esp if you can give them some outside of the enclosure time too....

They have slowly been spending more time running around the house and down the side ally when it's nice.

Just need to convince hubby that 3 is the magic number ( i managed to convince him this with having 3 kids )
