Type of fur...
Hi,
Poppy is a completely blue dwarf lop, she's about 4/5 months old now, I'm just curious because she hasn't got any guard hairs in her fur. My old Dutch Cross Brandon had hair almost like a cat - top guard hairs, and a soft undercoat... Poppy's is all soft and she's like a big fluff ball with medium length hair. When she grooms herself the hairs go slightly curly.
I was wondering is this is natural in dwarf lops, or whether she could in fact be crossed with another breed? I don't have any close up pics as my digital camera is broken at the mo. I'd appreciate any suggestions!
Cheers,
Kate
