Free vacs, spay neuter

Hi guys, i saw sj's thread about this and wondered if u knew where i could get info on how to go about getting these free jabs and neutering? Im thinking of having a go trying to get the friends of mine who i got felix and willow from to do right by their rabbits, if its free i dont see why the would object, i could even take them myself. They have mum and dad seperatley and one of the first litter, a female who is 16 wks in with mum. They dont have a great life bless them, but im hoping i could help to get them neutered and jabbed at least. I want an extension built to my run, and im hoping my friends will help me build it and i could have wood and mesh left over so they could build it on to their hutch... Im gently gently influencing them to make some changes
