Buy thumper a new cage for her day time snoozing but what with her tumor, hernia and old age, I don't want to tempt fate

Am I being a moron?

No not being a moron. I expect we would all feel the same. But I don't think buying a new cage is the same as buying a stairlift! And if he is coming to the end of his time with you, why not spoil him a bit more - go on you know you want to!

I think she needs to be spoilt and made lovely and comfortable. I also think she would love it.

Thank you both for being the voices of reason. I'm not usually superstitious or anything like that but when it comes to my baby, I don't like to take any chances!

The cage she has is fine, it's just she's had it a long time and I'd like to renew it. And like uz say, why not spoil her

How weird! So I decide I'm going to get her a new cage and just 5 minutes ago I notice that the old one has suddenly become damaged. It wasn't like that this
morning. It's nothing major, but still i think it's freaky!!!!

Ooohhhh yes an ipad

No wires to chew and very easy to use

And one of those 'stressless chairs' ( but bunny size) with foot rest for little paws and attaching table for nibbles and water

My bank account is going to take a pounding

Thumper relaxing on a stressless chair with his little paws on his foot rest, his table at the side with his nibbles, water and of course magazine typing away on a gem encrusted ipad (updated gem encrusted for an added bit of posh bunny bling) retiring to his new plush pad as and when required.
