Can the cold weather bring about a lower water intake?

My two haven't been drinking as much as normal and the wee level is down compared to what I'm used to seeing.

Our lot aren't drinking much either, but then they are relatively inactive at the mo.

The ones who have Pro-C in the water do drink more, they seem to like the taste...

Glad to hear its not just my pair then. I'll have to get some pro-c!

I tried not drying their greens after washing just to leave a little water on there but this time of year it means the greens are so so cold.

Have you tried putting warm water in the bowls hun. Daisy will drink more if the water is luke warm - I dont think they like it cold (well his lordship doesnt anyway!)

Sometimes if rabbits are having plenty of fresh greens their intake of water may be minimal.

If I notice Florence isn't drinking, I give her cucumber. After her spay it was a godsend! If there are no wees when I get in from work the cucumber comes out too, thankfully she loves the stuff.

She does have Pro-C in it, and when I change it she's straight there for fresh. She's an odd bunny really
