Junior's neuter today. U/D Both ok

I'm late posting this because I've been up to my eyes all morning!!

Junior was being neutered at 10am. I've not heard anything so I'm assuming it went well. I can't phone until 2pm because the phones are transferred to the animal hospital when they are doing surgical procedures

I've got my fingers crossed that he is recovering well.

Please also spare a thought for Molly, who is at home all alone for the first time in her life

I don't know who I'm more worried about

When Daisy was done he recovered really really quickly and I hope its the same for your little guy too.

My mum finishes work at 2 so she is going to go and see Molly, so I will get to hear how they both are

They are both fine.

The girl on the phone said Junior is just up on his feet now and his food has just been put in so they can't tell me if he's going to eat yet.

Molly has My mum just went in passed to check on her, she seems fine. She came up to the end of the pen and took some dried leaves that I'd left out for her. I want to say black currant leaves....

Anyhoo, she ate them and my mum said her ears are up and she's being a nosey sod as usual

isn't it a relief when you know they are ok, Mike has just gone to collect Gypsy and Pepsi but I have no idea how they are but I'm hoping they are both ok .

The little man is home

When I put him in the pen he walked around for a while, did a pee then did a handful of poops

He's now nomming on some fancy hay while Molly pokes her nose through the bars smelling him

Did you let rip at the vet?

Glad he seems quite bright, we found that the boys recovered in no time

Thanks guys. He's doing really well. I gave them their tea then took Molly downstairs so he could get some peace. About an hour after I took her down I went back up to check on him and he was lying on his side sound asleep

He's up now, done lots of pees and poos and is munching on some hay as I type this.

Molly has obviously had her thinking hat on today and decided her half of the pen could do with some changes, she's pushing the litter tray around right now

In the end I never fell out with the vet. Mainly because I only saw him for about 2 seconds. He came into reception, smiled at me and said that it all went well.

I can't help but feel he was probably a bit smug because Molly was left at home
