UPDATE WEDNESDAY 1:43 am

He's still a very poorly little bunny and a bit groggy still I'm hoping by tomorrow he will feel a bit brighter. Our vet took x-rays as she
wanted to make sure that there was no blockages which there wasn't she took his blood glucose levels and they were 13.8
We have put some vet bed in his indoor cage and a heat pad and he has a fleece over the cage to keep him nice and warm.
Simon has missed him today as he is next to him when Fudge is in his play pen and Faith was pleased to see him back in his indoor cage when she
was put back in tonight after playing out.

I feel like we should have got him to the vet quicker but he has never been like this before and we usually know when he needs a dental and we honestly
thought he had a tummy ache, I just hope he will be ok

They tested him and it was 13.8 which is very high it should be about 4 or 5 Sad

We nearly always test their glucose levels when they are sick as it tell's us so much more but we
didn't check Fudge's as usually when the blood glucose levels go high the colour drains out of their
bottom lips and Fudge's lip was nice and pink and so we presumed it was a dental problem in the end
but of course he had ileus as well.

Mike has syringe fed him every two hours during the night and he does seem a bit brighter now and he has been fighting the syringe which is always a good sign.

We are going to check his blood glucose levels again to see if they have gone down at all and it's just a case really of keep syringe feeding till he eat's by himself and keeping him nice and comfortable and warm at the moment. He love his heat pad , we find that Nethies do. Chudleigh Flint had a heat pad Winter and Summer and was always sat on it Bless him

Fudge ate a bit of his tea last night but not enough really so back to syringe feeding every two hours if need be.

Fudge is still very quiet but he is eating a little bit but not enough to stop syringe feeding yet but we are slowly getting there.

Fudge seems a lot better than he was but he's just not eating enough so until he eat's properly we will keep syringe feeding him every 2 hours.

Once daisy has gone into stasis it takes him a week til he is eatin properly again - they do know how to worry us!
