Whats wrong? U/d ?!

Rhia was a bit funny this morning, I thought she was just spooked by the wind. She was being a bit skittish & cautious eating her pellets. She seemed fine otherwise though and is quite a complex little thing anyway so it didnt bother me much. I have just got in and her litter tray is a nightmare, full of cecals - like, loads and loads of them, not just the odd one or two. And the only other poops shes done are golden brown, but tiny tiny. Shes eating hay as Ive just sat and watched her, and seems okay in herself - tried to stroke her & she grabbed my sleeve & flung my hand...Not unusual by any means! Her diet hasnt changed at all, and the first thing that crossed my mind was too much veg/salad, but she didnt have any last night. Advice pleeease?

I would probably cut out her pellets & veg for a couple of days, empty the tray and watch to see if it returns to normal.

If it dosn't or if she starts to show signs of discomfort then I would take her to the vets. Does her tummy look & feel OK?

I wouldn't know to be honest as I always think her tummy feels wrong I'll cut out pellets & veggies then, Shes gonna be one cross bunster! Hope shes ok

Maybe she's heard fireworks somewhere and that's spooked her

Hmmm. Well, Shes her normal lovely self still. Been pottering around the garden this morning & eating hay as normal. Poops are now firm, but still miniscule They are still coming thick & fast, so theres no problem as far as stasis goes (as of yet anyway, and its usually very sudden with Rhia if she goes into stasis). Im puzzled

Maybe she is a little spooked bless her. I would do what Sooz suggested and just keep an eye on what could be spooking her xxxxxx

If its that then I'd guess its the heavy winds. She does seem fine though, I swear shes getting more beautiful by the day at the moment :luv:

Just been out to her & shes sat in her litter tray eating hay, but has left more cecals?! Do I get her down to the vets or am i being OTT? Have been left slightly paranoid by recent experiences with buns...

Could it be her teeth? Eg, she can't eat the caecals for some reason?

I guess so. She did have a dental a few months back but she was under a few weeks ago & they didn't mention it. Shes at the vets tomo just to be sure XX
