Briony and Connie had a tantrum

Well i gave the garden a really good tidy up and decided to move their run and bring it down to bottom patio for winter so they could lazy around in the sun.they knew where it was as they were out investigating but refused to go in.Briony was giving out a few good hard thumps where i moved it from.Connie went and sulked back in the hutch.All day they was free ranged in and out of their hutch they went but never went near their run.
today was a different story opened hutch for them to come out and bingo they went straight in

Typical bunnies, change things around and they have a strop!!!

Haha I love it when they strop like that! Gotta love em. Bet their faces were a picture weren't they Jan? x

Bunnies do have a tendancy to feel a bit threatened by change, as prey animals they almost al;ways chose flight over fight and if they do not recognise the immediate environment it can leave them on edge until they adapt. It suprises most people but they are actually agoraphobic as a species.

They will get used to it though.

They were fine the day after back into their old routine.No hesitation going straight into their run.

It was quiet funny as they knew where it was as they had been down to it right to the door.plus where it is they lay down in the exact area for a bit of sun.If anyones nose as been put out of place its poppys as she always sits in that area when buns are not around
