Petshop bunny.. Empty Petshop bunny..

It's not a really horrible post d.w! And I haven't got one either haha. Anyways I saw this gorgeous grey male rabbit in the petshop today and he was just FULL of character...he was binkying around the enclosure while his little pal tried to sleep. He nipped, nudged and licked my hand and even tried to make a leap out of the enclosure (which would have been impossible haha). Normally when I see them they are just asleep or look pretty bored, he is going to turn into a very naughty chap! Unfortunately I noticed his eyes were runny, well the fur under his eyes looked wet and it just made me feel sad about where he had possibly come from. The price of him and his friend had also been reduced. If he wasn't a petshop boy ( lol ) and didn't seem ill I would have snapped him up. Just thought I'd share because it really made an impression on me, I hope he finds a good home and doesn't end up in a rescue.

Its horrible when you go in and see the little sweethearts. My two buns were both from the adoption centres, and i made sure they werent from there originally so didnt mind taking them home with me.

Im a rat obsessive and if i have to go in my boyfriend always likes to go and have a look, and its hard not to take them, but i just try and remind myself where they came from and although i would love to take them home, because they all need a home, it wont help the situation.

Hopefully if he's a friendly little chap, someone else will take him. It's so sad when you see things like this. Hugs
