Wolfie not coming round from GA well U/D He's died

Wolfie has had a large jaw abscess lanced under GA today and is back home. He had the operation about lunchtime because when I phoned at 2.30 it was all over. Since I have taken him home, he is really limp and lethargic. Not interested in eating at all. I picked him up and tried to give him some water through a syringe, but he just lay there and never took any.

I have him in the house in a plastic crate lined with a cotton sheet over a hot water bottle. He also has a hot water bottle against the side and he is covered with towels. He seems to be in shock or could it just be that the GA he had had to be very strong and it is taking a lot out of him. I have never experienced this before and am worried.

He's died.

I think he went into shock because of the stress of it all.

We've just buried him beside his beloved Gloria. Now they can be together forever. I don't think life was quite as much fun without her.

Oh my god, Nickie I am so sorry. He had such a personality, such determination and cheekiness. He will be truly missed. You must be so sad.

Sorry I have not been on this site in a while so not familiar with people. However I am so sorry for your loss what a lovely looking bunny he was RIP fella.

So sorry for your loss, you must be devastated.

I'm so very sorry Nickie, I can't believe Wolfie has gone Such a character, and an HH legend, we've known him for years, and his loss will be felt by us all. I'll miss his crazy stories, he really was a delight.

He'll be tormenting Gloria in his own inimitable way at the bridge, no doubt xxx

I still cant beleive it and have shed more than a few tears.

I imagine he and Gloria are up to all sorts together right now.

Oh how heartbreaking, so sorry to hear this. Although it will be little consolation to u right now, u had said the other day that u didnt want him to suffer, and slipping away at home with u sounds like a nice way to go. I hope he is having a riot right now with the gorgeous gloria.

Oh God, Have just seen this Nickie, I am so, so very sorry. I can't believe it, after he'd taken it all in his stride as well. At least he was well throughout, thats a huge factor. So unfair to lose both your little stars so close together - a blessing that Gloria will be there to greet her boy. Thinking of you, I really am so sorry xx
