Teeth problems...
Today my beloved Domino didnt eat his papaya tablet. He was in pain, and even let me pick him up! So I had to go to the vet (again, last time was 18th of august..teeth problems...) and she quickly stated that he had some long spikes (uhm, I have NO idea what this condition is called in english.. XD) and they had to be fixed. So.. fixed! I hope. The last vet I used, which I've used for 8 years, said the same thing, but now it seems like they didnt do a good enough job. I'm gonna have a chat with them on monday, and ask why they didnt do the job I payed them 1000 NKR (about 115 GBP) for doing! I'm angry and sad, my poor boy had to go through this **** twice in a very very short time..
BUT! He's fine now, eating and seems better. Abit tired, but who wouldnt be. I hope things are fixed now, so both I and my rabbits can relax and enjoy the lovely rabbit-life.

Re: Teeth problems...
Wow, that is an expensive dental visit. We call it malocclusion. Bruce suffers with it and I would be complaining if he had only gone a couple of weeks between dentals. It costs me about £70 for a dental for Bruce.

Well, I think norway's expensive.. everything's expensive here.. >.<
But now he looks better, and he's cuddling with his buddy.

Re: Teeth problems...
I would have been angry that the job hadn't been done right first time round.
As you will know, dentals can be very risky for buns and the job should have been done right in the first place!
I too would be having a word with the original vet.
I'm glad to hear bun is on the mend
Some of my ex colleagues live in Norway, and I hear it is VERY expensive

Re: Teeth problems...
Poor Domino Some buns need dentals burring every few weeks, it's not always a one of treatment, some need it every few years. It may be that the probem has reocurred? Or I may not be understanding the scenario properly. which is likely!
