Vet visit later today

Off to the vets later this afternoon for some VHD vaccinations (for the rabbits not me!) and to find out if Princess Misha is a boy or a girl I was told she was a girl but I'm sure I have seen testicles!!


I want her to be a boy for the simpler op - but she is so fluffy and girly! She'll always be a girl to me

How did it go? Is misha a little girl or a little boy?

thank you. Misha is ................................ a boy I told the vet not to change it on the system but he big fat did it anyway

Try not to be too upset, he is still your baby and the same bun he was before you took him to the vet.

Now he can be your prince instead of your princess.

I don't think the vet had option but to change it. They need to know what they are dealing with in case of an emergency situation (not that we want that to happen)!

Still, he could have humoured you and done it after you had left

Awww that's a shame that she's a he but as long as he's healthy and happy it doesn't matter eh. I originally wanted boys but fell in love with my girls and when we got Clover I said I'd take her no matter her sex! Just couldn't leave her

aww, same here. I wanted boys but I love our (quietly) Twink the most.

When I discovered Daisy was a boy and not in fact my little princess i was totally shocked too!

But now I cant believe I ever thought he was a girl and I love that he is a cheeky naughty little chap.

You just need some time to get used to the idea.

I know! He is SUCH a boy!!!!! Even so it was such a shock, mind you he was a very pretty baby.

my brother reckons I'm cruel for keeping the name Misha cos it's a girl's name - I named him after the actor Misha Collins who is male anyway!!

We seem to have more females but we are not bothered what sex they are as long as they are a 'rabbit

I am not bothered either really just whichever bun finds his or her way to me at a time when I'm able to help
