Re: sleeping bags for the piggies *now with instructions*
here you go Katie, just tell your MiL that just to keep an eye on the sleeping bags,if the fleece starts to them little balls on,after a lot of washers,if the piggy starts to eat them, then take it away, also i havent washed them yet with the plastic in but i cant imagine any problems
i doubled the fleece up and cut to the desired length
and then fold in half
then start to sew down the sides of the fleece, ive done this one a little different to the other ones,i havent sewed right to the end as when you fold it back,it looks a little messy,so i left a bit
then fold it inside out so the sides are all neat, they the bits i left,i sewed them
then fold the top back
for the plastic,i got from sainsburys, they were 2 plastic chopping boards and they was flexible, they were 2 different colours,i did buy some more from poundstretcher but there not as sturdy as the ones from sainsburys, anyway you cut a strip and place in the top bit and sew it in
and thats it,the finished one
mine isnt as good as ive seen on ebay but iam happy with it and so are the piggies, they love them
