Sand bags
Was wondering if anyone had an idea where to find sand bags, the kind they use to block flooding. Poor charlie cant get out in his run its soaked, the twins (bro & sis twins is quicker to say lol) arent much better, its covered with corrigated roofing but its the side winds a wee bit but mostly the flowing water pooling inside the run instead of outside. Thought if put sand bags round outside will help reduce this.

Re: Sand bags
You'd be better off raising the floor in the runs - we have used wooden pallets, the kind with no gaps between the slats (cheap decking )

Re: Sand bags
Hessian sacks like those you get potatoes or flour in, speak to your local bakery or grocer. Fill them with building sand (about £1 per bag)
