Bunny proofing garden?
So my OH spent 2 days putting mesh all around the garden and digging trenches to lower the mesh into it. And today the usual suspect dug her way under it and I've spent last half hour trying to catch her and her partner in crime. Any other ideas how to bunny proof it? I dont want to deprive the others of exercise time but I cant watch them every second though I am always around when they are out. Do I keep her in, put her in a run? Or maybe paving stones around the perimeter where fence can be accessed?
Re: Bunny proofing garden?
In my garden I have borders all around the edges and I have simply covered the borders with mesh so they can't dig in them and then out of the garden. You can plant through it or grass can grow through it. I stapled it to the fence then use the longish ground pegs to hold it down to the ground. It works a treat.

ohh I had months of this as the others will tell you lol, In the end Ive put them decorative stones in the area they dig, and they have a dig patch close to the back doors so they can dig to no where lol x

We had chicken wire embedded round the bottom of the fences but it was embedded pretty deep.
