Post by emma.b_90 Sat Nov 19, 2011 8:57 pm

So i've been trying all different types of hays my humum says its to see what hays i like to eat and apparently a vartiey of hays will keep me interest in my hay....not that i need any help Very Happy My humum bought a variety pack of hays from the hay experts which was recommended to her by a friend on here but my humum has forgotten who that was so sends her apologises! Rolling Eyes

So i was just wondering what hays do my other bunny friends recommend and where do the humans buy it from?! The more recommendations the more hay i get to try!!!!! Laughing Wink

Hello Magnum,

I'm a very fussy hay eater, but I love the hay with roses in from The Hay Experts: Rose Hay nomnomnom
I also like the green oat hay and the birch bark one Thumbs Up

Every now and then our local petshop gets bales of hay which have been cut from the grounds of a local country house - it's fresh, organic, stuffed full of dried wildflowers, and £6 for a whole bale! We all love that, although at the moment we're waiting for the next batch to be baled up.

Excel Herbage. Mine also love dried roses but I dry my own. They love leaves and flowers and they will chew on the stems like they will apple twigs.

Erm, pellets, plantain, mange tout and carrot are about the only things she'll eat on a regular basis.

She gets the odd sweet treat now and again, apple or pear Smile
