Me too cos he needs company, what I was thinking about doing is buy or make another hutch, build a bridge between them, but keep it closed off till there all ready to be together, keep both houses but have them open to all 3 bunnies. What do you think of this idea.

You know I am very very tempted pmsl. but there is no sure bet that the last 1 is girl, she doesnt know how to sex them, I do now he showed me and I seen the difference even tho there both small. The vet was soooooooooooo smitten by them he didnt charge his fee, the receptionist says he sounded like a child all happy he got to see babys lol. He has never seen them this young, most folk dont bother to even see the vet with bunnys till there ill or need done, he was very happy with my care bringing them in for a full check up so quickly, will go back in few weeks and get there 1st jags, not doing it yet just incase there too young. There both 1lb lol yet smokey looks wee bit bigger. Very good condition and little sweet hearts.

God the prices of these rubbish tiny hutches are not real, think I would be far better moving the playhouse over a few feet, build a bridge to the shed and section off half the shed, I only use half of it for storage the rest is empty (at mo the babys are in that half) just build a frame and wire mesh it to keep them in that bit. Make sure its warm and dry for them. What do you think sounds like a better plan of action.

I have just got a new hutch for the piggies from the rabbit hutch shop. It is 6ft x 2ft5 and cost £120 which is a really good price. It is worth investing in the hutch as I suspect there is a very real chance that you will not be able to bond Charlie with the babies as 2 boys with a female is a really bad mix - they will fight to be her mate.

Thats what worries me, now what do I do for poor charlie Sad he wont get his company, I am going to build another play house I think but keep them apart in the mean time, just trying to decide best plan of action so can start it before the snow comes or wont be able to do anything, I have about 2 - 3 weeks to get it done before I NEED to get them apart, they cuddle each other and are used to each other so this will be a bit hard for them emotionally so need to do it properly.

What shop was that from hun, I like this one but for the money its probs not worth it. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Harrisons-Deluxe-Hexagonal-Rabbit-Hutch/dp/B003H7ZRHY/ref=sr_1_26?ie=UTF8&qid=1322502762&sr=8-26 The biggest can find is a 4ft want bigger and sturdy so will be warm in the winter. Its that or use the shed and fix a bridge between them.

Would 2 of them, then make 2 separate runs inside the shed work do you think. I dont want to take charlie out his house thats not fair on him.

Thats smaller than charlies lol, he has a castle, I either make another castle and join them, or do the shed. Might get another play house and just join them, but get the hides inside instead of the ramp and level. Charlie is still lonely so need a girl friend for him still Sad

BIG lol, its double door shed, I was thining maybe just get another playhouse, push them right together, and cut an arch in the wall joining them, make it a mesh one to begin wi then remove the mesh later if they accept each other and the boys dont fight. Smokey is getting done, so maybe they wont fight over her. I want them to have as much space as him I am not happy with a normal hutch ( no offence folks) I just feel I have gave charlie a castle why shouldnt I give them the same. Plus its cheaper than a hutch lol. With loads of space for them to play in.
