Bella the Squatter

I never have enough time to update you on my bunnies goings on but I just had to tell u about Bella today. Mr Pickles, my foster bun, had gone off to get married. Bella and Ratty were locked out of Mr P's hutch but the enclosure was open. Anyway over night they broke into the hutch. So I come down and look out of the kitchen window to be faced with Bella crammed into a normal sized bun hutch . . . . upstairs. How she gets her butt up there i don't know. Anyway, later on this afternoon I was washing Oscar's bottles and I glanced out at Bella who was still upstairs in the hutch, grooming herself. She got so carried away, she topped lover and when straight down the stairs and landed like a starfish at the bottom. For one awful moment i thought she had hurt herself, but it turns out she was just stunned. She then jumped up and looked round to see if anyone had noticed. I was wetting myself laughing at her. Why she wants to cram herself into a hutch I don't know?!?!? She is nuts.

Mr P and his wife have returned this evening and despite cleaning are aware that squatters have been in their house.

That would have been brilliant to see!

Poor Bella. The indignity of it! And why didn't you video it!!!!!

Why didn't you film it?! Would have been hilarious!! Bless her she's a nutter!!

She obviously hasn't heard of the Hutch isn't enough campaign hahaha!

She probably just wanted to prove she owned Mr. Pickles and was superior to him in all ways.

(On a side note - Bruce likes to cram himself into places that are far too small for him - maybe it's a big bunny thing? Except Bruce is dumb and Bella is intelligent).

Radar & Splash like to hide under the Futon in the living room. There's only a 2.5/3" gap between the floor & the wooden struts, & Radar is chunky! But still, that's where they sleep. It must be the closest thing they have to a warren?

We've noticed this about ours. Anna says Radar is S.E.N (special educational needs) and Splash is G&T (gifted and talented).

I just cannot get the picture of Bella landing splattered out and looking around to see if her faux paw was witnessed by anybun or mum.
