Maysie....
I saw on another thread (that I now can't find ) that your friend had found a bunny.
Is it ok?

Re: Maysie....
My friend has rang us this morning none of her neighbours own the bunny or know of anyone that has a bunny apart from my friend in that area, she said it's quite dirty as if it has been out for a good few days and it's gone for her a few times but when she fed it she said it wolved down the food so Bless he/she was hungry.
Anyway it's going to Paws For Thought Rescue as my friend got one of her bunnies from there and they also have the same vet as us. We haven't the space else we would have taken it in but we don't rehome so that would have been 24 bunnies and with only 2 of us to look after the buns and boarding buns it's enough at the moment.
It was on the Fireworks Just got Worse thread

Re: Maysie....
He/she is very lucky that your friend spotted him/her. Poor thing being all dirty and starving but I'm sure he/she will find a nice new home through the rescue
Of course, it was on the fireworks thread!!! Dur!

Re: Maysie....
I hate to say it but I think the poor bunny has been dumped maybe after Christmas it's about right, after Christmas and Easter and the start of the Winter is usually when bunnies get dumped
Not a good start to 2012 is it

Re: Maysie....
Maybe it's a good start to 2012 for the bun though. Now it possibly won't be stuck in a tiny hutch being ignored. Fingers crossed for a new loving home.
