How do I know who is hierarchy in the group

Ive got 12 females and one neutered male who all live together how do I know who is the hierarchy ?

By watching them. A lot.

One will tend to demand to be groomed without ever doing any grooming, and to put the others in their place when she feels they deserve it.

Are all the girls spayed?

As Sparky said, the dominant doe may mount the other does, a less dominant doe will be reprimanded for doing so (based on watching my girls). I also believe dominant does spray urine, again based on my own personal experience.

I'm interested to know if your does are spayed too
