New levels of Nortiness

When Humum came in tonight, she found ginger fur all over Jack and Layla's pen. Layla had obviously annoyed Jack enough that he gave her a pretty thorough duffing up, although she was fine (binkying up the driveway five minutes later) and they are okay together now.

So she spent a while checking Layla, chatting to Jack, picking up wads of ginger fur, straightening their pen and sorting out veggies then came upstairs with ours....

... only to be met on the landing by me. Looking very guilty (I can't help it ). Gizmo busted us out of the pen this afternoon and we have had the run of the house this side of the living room door since. I have sat quietly and generally been angelic, but Gizmo has:

1) Dug and chewed at the carpet in two corners of the bedroom.

2) Pulled some of Humum's books off the shelf.

3) Knocked a load of picture frames off the shelf.

4) Chewed one of the afore-mentioned books.

5) Widdled on the mail on the doormat.

6) Hid behind the spare bed and refused to come out.

and probably other things Humum has not found yet and that I am not about to grass him up for.

are you sure you weren't responsible for any of that Sparky?!

Sparky.....if you didn't take part, I'm sure you orchestrated it! Surely such a bun that was new to that environment would not have been so---thorough!

That's rather a lot of destruction for one bun sparky. I do find it hard to believe gizmo acted alone .........
